Joseph J. Harding III, Custodian

Sadly My brother Joseph (Jimmy to those who loved him) passed away in August of 2001.
We are ressurecting his site as a tribute to his memory and his poetry.

A Poets Place

Shun neither the old and familiar works of ages past nor the vibrant currency of today

For as much as today views yesterday so tomorrow views today

Appeal with broad strokes yet enlighten with small dabs of treasure

Operate not with bludgeoning tools but with a scalpel of cleverness

For if ever there were need of surgeons, this age holds it

Embrace life's joys and sorrows; of muses have no other need

Share of thy heart, of thy soul and of thy mind

Life is the inkwell of the poet, dip your quill regularly

Author's Note:

My poems are like my children, each unique and wonderful; and although imperfect, they bring me great joy and contentment. I only can attribute any wit or wisdom found in my works to the Creator who gave me life and the world in which to live it.
